From the moment you reach out, here's exactly what the journey looks like:

1. Discovery Call — We schedule an initial kick-off call. Before the call, you'll complete a short Venture Brief — a structured form that captures everything about your idea, your goals, your target market, and what you're looking to build.
2. Scope of Work — We review your brief and come back to you with a clear, detailed Scope of Work outlining exactly what we'll build, how we'll build it, and the timeline. Once you're happy, you sign off and we're locked in.
3. First Payment & Discovery + Define — You pay the first instalment (40%) and we begin immediately. The Discover and Define phases run together — we conduct market research, validate opportunities, and map out the full product vision. This phase ends with a structured presentation where we walk you through our research findings, our vision for the product, and a clearly defined MVP scope. You sign off on the MVP definition before anything is designed or built.
4. Second Payment & Design Phase Begins — At the start of the Design phase, you pay the second instalment (30%). We then get to work on everything visual — from UX flows and wireframes to the full pixel-perfect UI and design system.
5. Design Presentation & Feedback — Once design is complete, we hold a dedicated presentation session where we walk you through all design deliverables — not just the product screens, but the full design language. You then have one structured round of feedback to request refinements before we lock the designs and move into build.
6. Build & Delivery — We move into development, building your MVP to the agreed specification. On delivery, you receive your full codebase, Figma files, and all supporting assets — and the final instalment (30%) is due.

Throughout every phase, you'll always know where we are, what's coming next, and what's expected from you. No black boxes, no surprises.

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of your venture. Typically, a full 5-phase build runs between 10 and 16 weeks from kick-off to delivery. The Discover and Define phases take roughly 2–3 weeks, Design takes 3–5 weeks, and Build and Deliver account for the remainder depending on the technical complexity of the MVP.

We'll give you a precise timeline in your Scope of Work before anything is signed or paid — so there are no surprises.

Not at all. Most of our clients come to us with an idea and a vision — not a technical background. That's exactly the gap we're designed to fill. We handle every layer of the build, from strategy and design through to development and launch, and we communicate everything in plain language throughout.

If you do have a technical background, we'll meet you at that level too. Either way, you stay informed and in control at every stage.

Everything. Upon final delivery and payment, full intellectual property transfers to you. You receive the complete codebase via a private GitHub repository, all Figma design files, brand assets, and any additional deliverables included in your tier. There are no licensing fees, no lock-in, and no ongoing dependency on Ventrify to operate your product.

The MVP scope is deliberately locked in at the end of the Define phase — and that's a feature, not a limitation. Scope creep is one of the most common reasons ventures run over time and budget, and our structured sign-off process protects both you and the integrity of the build.
